Okay, i would like to have a new logo made for the site. The last logo designer did a crappy job and did not do what i needed. The site is an entertainment site for asians.

should be pretty simple since i know what i want...
if you need it gauranteed in order for you to participate, let me know..i can do that.....but since im not asking for much, i dont think it will matter

- i would like to still keep the smiley face icon, BUT i will need the mouth part drawn in more clearly. The smiley psd file is in the zip file in the above link. The last logo designer did a crappy job filling it in, and now it is blurry and not professional at all.
- i dont necessarily need the EXACT smiley, but would like to have a smiley with an open mouth of some sort (with teeth or no teeth...whatever looks better)...also the chinaman hat/or custom chinaman hat is a must
- I need the smiley centered and straight (hat, eyes, etc centered up)....current one is tilted to the left a bit.
- I would like to incorporate the mouth as the letter O for "O"mgSoysauce.....but if you can make it look nice with the smiley and a seperate O that would be good as well
- needs to be scalable....as in if i enlarge it, it will still be clear and vice versa (vector format i believe its called)
- needs to be compacted and not all over the place like the current design
