We want a trendy logo to use for our mobile app, and also to tag on our website. Must appeal both men and women in 18-25 age group.

Mobile phone app in early stage. Need a logo for the website, and also the mobile phone.
Size: Preferably scalable to very large sizes (vector graphic, ps, etc). Must also be able to put comfortably at the top of a small mobile app and still be legible.
Format: Definitely need an photoshop cs2 psd file. If vector graphic, please include illustrator file as well.
Font: Please be sure that all rights for the logo are included, so that we don't run into legal issues with the font. Please include font with files.
Copyright: Please no trademarked/copyrighted material. We want to be able to use this logo exclusively.
