Better balance in sizing. Globe is still off in color and shape though.

Regarding design #18
Dont really like this. The text is way too tiny next to the globe, which looks a bit oblong. Also, the coloration on the globe is off...should really stick to that main blue primarily.

I have designed a new background for the globe and placed the black on top. The text has a sheen and a reflection close to web 2.0 but not quite there.
