    What's worse is it is so ridiculously easy for a content holder to steal a design concept and have some tech savvy punk who knows about photoshop juice it into xhtml for little to no cost.

    This is why spec work sucks. because useless contest holders like this can get away by giving no compensation for the untold amount of work put in by so many designers. A sheer waste of time.
