Q is correct. That portion will not change. Eventually, the station will be referred to as Q Country. You may want to use a number higher on the dial like 94.3 or 98.6. Also, we are leaning toward not using the point so maybe something like 94-3 instead of a point.

to CThompson
can you at least tell us if the call sign will stat with the letter "Q"
the reason I ask is, the call sign is going to be an integral part of the design, the number part is no issue but that the actual name is important..because it will dictate the designone design suite for example
Q100.3 will work but may not work with a different call sign....
if there is any additional information to be passed on without compromising confidentiality agreements, it would be appreciated plus will go along way in creating the a design which would not require extensive alteration; which at this stage of the contest will be an issue in the future
Regards

Please feel free to incorporate design elements such as stars, boots, cowboy hats, horseshoes, etc. into your designs.

To all designers. I should have posted this in the contest information. However, so that there is no confusion the call letters and station name are made up. We are simply looking for a design that we feel strongly about. Once a winner is selected you will be provided with the actual call letters and information in order to make the change. Please understand that launching a new radio station is a delicate matter.
Not that it's happened at this point, but I just didn't want any confusion if anyone were to look up the call letters.
