    i tried to keep it as simple as possible yet still conveying a theme

    Thanks and I agree with you on the third one being my favourite too. Can you so some colour variations and if possible try it with "FOR SALE" instead of "SOLD" - may be too small to read though. Looking good!!

    Regarding design #16

    Thanks scythe. On reflection, I prefer the original. And the word "SOLD" is actually OK really as the site is all about selling houses too. I am happy to leave this design as it is as I cannot think of any further tweaks.
