A Development company need a name. This development company is involved in building hotels, offices, retails etc.

The parent company is in hospitality business and its D&C department is now branching out as independent company. The company it self is 30 years in the hospitality business and the D&C department is that old too. And they will be operating in USA for now.

    more info would help immensly like,
    what are the core values of ur company,
    how would u like ur brand to be projected,
    what geographical areas u'll be operating in,
    exact domain name availability is necessary or not,
    ur target clients i.e. B2B,B2C etc.
