Hi there,
The concept of hierarchy drives our design. We thought a vertical logo would work for you guys, declaring that you stand on TOP of the competition.
We placed the circle on top for two reasons. The two dotted i's stand out in your text logo, and, since your market calls for you to be personable and approachable to your clients, the dot also makes the icon appear like a person.
The two color schemes we picked out have a modern edge, but also a lightness to them that makes them crisp and professional.
