There are a lot of talented people here but I have just not seen what I am looking for. As I mentioned in the profile, I like the Apple and Sony look and feel and want to be "wow'd" by a design. I am going to try to extend this contest a bit if possible.
Thank you all.

Everyone, please "read the brief" as it tells you everything of what I am looking for. Although I do like the olives, I also like the oranges, grey and others. PLEASE read the brief above to see what I am wanting to see.
You are all very talented, I just am looking for a particular look and feel. I want to be "WOW'd".... I know you all have it in you.

I believe that you are correct!! I want it designed in PSD and the person I will have get the site up will then code it. Sorry for the confusion.

I think there's a problem in some of the terminology being used ;-)
A PSD a design created in photoshop and it is only a design. That design needs to be then 'coded' into html/css by a coder so that you have a functioning website.
Is the person you refer to a coder - will they take the psd and code it for you - not just update it.You really need to know this, at the moment, 99designs does not have a coding category, so this contest will be for the design only and the deliverables would be a psd file, which you hand over to a coder to work with.
hope this helps :-)

The main thing is, creating a site that we can make changes to whenever needed such as upcoming events, calendar changes, etc. I have someone that can make those changes when needed and just need someone who can design the site. I understand that PSD is a way many people are going and it tends to give you more design freedom. I also know that coded is preferred by others.
I would prefer PSD, but can go with coded if needed. Again, I have someone who can make the final changes.
However, I am not opposed to having the person who designs the web site that we choose to also be the person who we can go to for changes. I am very flexible with things so just show me what you got!
