I'm sorry I don't intend to disturb the equilibrium, but frankly I think your logo isn't quite the thing that would attract people in the first place. There are some designers on this website who've done amazing identities for food/beverage/cafe brands.

Maybe you could boost the prize money up a bit and include a new logo design requirement as well? In that case, maybe you wouldn't have to cover up that middle window (converting an otherwise interesting opportunity into a billboard), which is quite an asset. It could then be an interesting graphic that interacts with a live view of the people within.
