    Please provide more details, ideas you want for your 'character'.

    Designers are not mind-readers. We need a direction to start with, and I'd rather not waste my time working on an entry that will not be close at all to what you're envisioning.

    if you plan to make use of 3 designs, then each of the three designs should be paid equally. the way you have it set up now, gives you a discount at the price of stealing from 2 of the 3 designers.
