    dont put your customer or yourself on the wrong side of the law.. but i'm sure your aware of branding law
    billpulkovski be original, dont resell other peoples work, dont discredit yourself or the industry, clipart or not that jpg has been in use for several years by antoher company, they have squatters rights. Basic research will show it cant be branded by a second corp. but i'm sure your entry was just an example of YOUR creative skill right, not for the contest holders use.
