For Design #4, I likes the use of the images... I liked the Layout of the image header. How it is all one unit under the menus. The menus are still a little to large. I also liked the Stone Collections section, news feed, and newsletter subscription on the bottom.
I liked how things are placed in sections, like Joomla somewhat. I think this one is the best design so far, but it still looks a little to templated, but definately is clean.

For Design 1 and 2, same design template, just different colors.
I like the gloss 2.0 look of the buttons. This shows you have used the 2.0 designs. It does though look very templated. I like the clean layout, but the menu does not need to be that large at the top, this takes away from the design above the fold.
