#29. I really like the strong and simple graphics. Whilst the referrer symbol works for me I' don't think that the other two are quite right. If you can think of some other more appropriate symbols for recruiter & candidate then I'll be interested. Thanks.
Maybe some sort of graphic where something is missing from the employer and that something is represented by the candidate that "fits into" the mising portion.
Just a quick thought as I'm have to go offline until tomorrow now. How about the employer being represented by a simple square or circle but with a piece clearly missing. The square or circle becomes complete only when the referrer and candidate pieces are slotted into place. And the referrer piece fits (partly) within the candidate piece. So like a jigsaw but without the usual jigsaw type interconnects. All of this using the digerati colours and loking very Web 2.0!
For instance:
Employer : circle but missing the following pieces
Referrer: shape like a magnifying glass with a handle but missing the central circle (lens)
Candidate: the small central circle

#32 Sort of what I had in mind but not exactly!
1. The red "employer" disc looks a bit fuzzy to me (infact it all looks a bit fuzzy but perhaps that's just because it is a low res graphic?)and the degree of shine on it detracts from being able to see clearly that there is the white "hole".
2. Referrer graphic: the red dot needs to be exactly the same size and position as the missing piece in the "employer" graphic so I guess you need to reduce the scale of the "referrer" graphic.
3. Candidate graphic: need the red dot to be exactly the same size and position as the missing piece in the "employer" graphic. It is a visual metaphor for the red dot (candidate) fitting exactly the needs of the employer.
Are all of the colours used from the digerati theme?
