I like the organization, but I do have some feedback:
1) The design is very boxy, its possible that it just a result of the borders and headers being so much darker.
2) I am working on getting a transparent version of the logo, but the logo must be used in the design
3) Red text is not normally a good color for the internet (at least pure red isn't)
4) Please use some Diablo 3 artwork in the design to make it "pop" a bit more, you can get artwork from http://www.blizzard.com/diablo3/media/ however we do not want a copy of diablo3.com
5) The background texture is not the direction we are thinking, please remove it
6) The menu at the top needs to be better defined and easier to see / read, I didn't even know it was there until my 2nd time looking at your design
7) Dark does not mean lacking color, we want our website to be full of color but still have a dark feel to it -

I tried to make the design dark yet functional in a Diablo III style to suit it's purpose. I have included a few widgets that most fan sites have as well as 3 standard sized ad units.
If you could please upload the logo on a transparent background or as an illustrator file, I could add it.
Please leave feedback :]
