Hello BLT,
the layout is ok, were you have the buttons but i dont like the design. Maybe something with one or two homes in the header. (the homes you show look like apts) I do like the streets in the design. Maybe show more of the blue sky and leave room for a logo on the right hand side. Also need a better yard sign. Something softer.
Also in the content are, i would like a search area & 8 featured homes on the home page. something like http://www.by-owner-ol.com/

Were would i place advertisment banners? at the bottom? We just need to work on the header and see my comments in requards to the content area above.
Also in the header can you add three buttons (about us-FAQ-Quick Contact)
