here my entry I know you need the extra text the you as on the top and botton but I just want to get the pic right for now.... also know most of people are not using all the names. There are a lot to many I will said but I have fix by alphabethic order front last name to mane. I put a , after the last name them the name and them a • Dot so is easy to read. there are like 4 or five names with out last name they are at the top first line of the name.... I don't know what you want to do with this ones.
Other thing I notice the you give 3 star to some people the they just throw the text on top of the pic and make the text white is the what you want.... Because I took longer to post it was because I ausually making the image with just the letter.... double click on it and you see what I'm taking about thanks for any feedback..

#12 - I really like the fact that the picture is actually made of the names. THis is what I am looking for. As far as the format of the names, they should be listed in alphabetical order according to last name but I want them to show first name first. I like the dot as a separator.
List the names with no last name as if it was a last name. So, don't put them at the top. Put them wherever they would fall in the list.
On the picture, I wish there was more contrast and pop to the colors. Is there another text you can use that might cause less white space?
#13 - again, I like that your image is actually made of the names. Same as other one...can we get more contrast? Bobs face looks washed out. Also, more contrast between his face and the background would be nice. Maybe lighten the background a bit.
