Brief Summary

ModoSports is a virtual world for kids that is all about sports. It’s a place where kids can interact and live their sports passion. It will revolve around a sports experience. That initially means: football, soccer and basketball. Kids will have a chance to play games, see and share content, socialize, compete and collect sports gear, both virtually and in the real world.

Big on the VW map right now are Club Penguin and Webkinz. There are many others, but nobody has landed in the sports niche. While kids enjoy playing with the leading worlds, many are getting too old for Webkinz and some sites are too fluffy.

ModoSports has the potential to capture the hearts and minds of the young sports fan.

    Hey everyone - we'd like to see some designs with stars in it - we know kids love stars. While the site will be available to the entire world, initial marketing efforts will be in the U.S. Many U.S sports and teams use the star as a symbol of excellence.

    #1 we prefer not having specific sports in the logo as we'll eventually be offering many different sports.
