    is sthis contest final product has to be a vector?? what if i submit layered psd?? will it be accepted CH? if i can submit PSD file. i'll submit my design. (low skill on illustrator/corel)

    I've seen some contest here with multiple winners but they were really created that way. For this, I think you can ask 99 to have the option that you want which is to have multiple winners instead of just one, within this contest.

    You can also contact the other contestants privately and set up a payment method and transfer as well. They just would not have the 'win' to put in their portfolio on this website.

    I had such situation. Unfortunately only one winner here gets out. To choose two winners to you it will be necessary to create the second similar fictitious competition where the participant will place the work and you will choose it at once the winner.
