It is not .esp it probably is .eps, because there is no such a thing as .esp ... You obviously don't know much about vector illustrations, because in other case you would know that it is much easier to draw such a simple thing as shopping cart icon from scratch, than to edit someones else illy..
Anyway I reported you to 99 because of malicious comments which aren't true...

Dear all,
Its important that the icon denotes SALES i.e., the buying/selling of products. Subsequently, the icon could be a shopping basket, sales price tag, sales shield, sales receipts. These links here are some examples of what I mean:

Please also bear in mind that the icon must be able to work well both as an:
- iPhone application icon (that is with a solid coloured background)
- Signature icon on the receipt paper (that is with NO solid coloured background)
