Also, this is potatoe's first contest win. Congrats!
I polled several friends and colleagues for their favorite submissions, and the one design I kept hearing over and over again is a five star design that had otherwise been flying under my radar. Congrats potatoe and #321---it's a real crowd favorite. His entry was helped by the fact that he has several solid variations and is willing to perform some minor tweaks after the fact.

If you can't see that an orange umbrella on a blue sky background with blue rays and on top of white clouds while tilting to the right is not using the same color scheme/layout, you may need some help.
I don't want to argue with you though. This is hardly the place. I just wanted to ask you to respect other people's work because it is w-o-r-k.
@surmise - are you sure?. we have the same layout??? color scheme?.#298 - #293 and #219 / #280 -babyblue's #192 work.??.lol

I don't mind when someone else has 5 stars. Many people in this contest do, and rightfully so. But the only reason you have five stars is because you copied a five star design. I read the brief, and that's why I was the first to introduce the drop shadow to my design. You can't honestly feel good with a slight tweak to someone elses work instead of being original and coming up with your own idea, can you?
#298 has the same layout/color scheme as my #293 and earlier designs. And #219 / #280 you used babyblue's #192 work.
Just respect other people when do these projects. Maybe you just want the money but some people are trying to gain experience and build a portfolio for the future so when you use their work it's damaging in more than one way.
@surmise - read the briefs CH Requirements:
It must prominently feature a 3D umbrella. It must look really really really well-designed. (Our interface is really well-designed.)
Fair warning: I've seen most of the clip-art umbrellas out there and don't care for them. In general I'm looking for something more detailed and more 3D.
surmise?. is your umbrella looks 3D? detailed umbrella?..you always saying that i copied someone else design and your afraid i have 5 stars and you 5 stars too but my design is better than yours. let the CH choose the best. ;P

zipcads, I'm sorry but you can't keep using a design that you copied from someone else and just change the colors. It's not fair to the original designer nor is it ethical. :/
