flying, are you sure you have the rights to use the Time Machine and Apple Update icons in your entry?

Hi,ianhannaford. Thanks for feedback. I withdrew my entry for a while, since a designer informed me that one icon of my entry looks the same as the logo on another registered website. I will update a new icon and submit again. Sorry for that.

Hi,scorpionagency. I'm not familiar with the industry outside of the U.S.,I have never seen that website or company before. I'm very sorry that there are some similar designs out there. But I do not know who is the copier. I'll change it. Thank you for letting me know.
Flying:: I'm a Graphics designer as well & familiar with several of the GNU OpenSource softwares on the market today. After checking the CH's design brief I could not locate any indication of "Blender (c)" being part of the icon lists. The orange circle with 3 diagonal lines & blue center is the Exact replica of the official "Blender (c) 3d Software Logo". You can reference this at the official Blender (c) site: www.blender.org
I can see using it if it was to be an extension icon to the actual software, but using it outside of it's copyright might be questionable. Using another icon to represent a task is one thing, but using another softwares logo out of context is another.
At any rate, sorry for pointing that out, just thought it should be known.

The reason that the other 2 contests were not awarded was because they were offered to other designers that do not use this site. I have awarded all my other contests and all the designers that have won have gone on to do a lot more work for me.
Josh, apologies for no feedback on the last entry. Sitepoint do not send out emails to notify me that new entries have been added and so I didnt realise you had submtited an update.

Hello, will you post a screen shot of the windows program your going to create ( or an example of other similar software that it represents)...if show us the colors and the placements it will be easy for us to design icons oe button......if you already have any images that represent the icons you require (it's also easy, i can create the icons for your desired sizes)....
Are you wanting a graphic on each button, the word on each button, or both graphic and word on each button? Do you have a preferred shape or color?
