I would like you to design a book cover for our new book called "It's Not Lonely at the Top - If You Want To Win". The subtitle is "A Live Case Study To Inspire Leaders Everywhere". By Carl Phillips & Jacques Seguin.
The colours should be Back, Gold and Red and one of the themes of the book is 5 star leadership. So we were thinking the cover should have 5 stars on it in some shape or form. The 5 stars of leadership as per the book are listed below, however they do not need to be listed on the cover.
The 5 Stars

2- Target the vision and engender committment
3- Assemble mutually supported teams
4- Reward a discplined culture
5- Seek and seed leaders in all levels of the organization
Almost every mission statement in a company makes a sincere commitment to people as the most important resource in the organization.
