"The Gate Defenders" is the title of the book: a fiction novel.
The novel starts in a time in the far future when earth became a wilderness and people struggled to survive. Men searched for some sources of power. Some were able to gain the power of sorcery, some harnessed mind-power, and the others where able to arm themselves with the rare ability to be invisible. Their efforts mainly for survival but also to rival each other to claim the throne of Borah: the last standing city where everything life can offer is abundant. The city surrounded itself with great barriers and protection including the great wall and the glorious gate which was in the shape of hand palms that looks as if pushing away all currents. In front of the gate stands 40 defenders and each accompanied by three beasts (new breed of lions) The legendary defenders unusually unwearable and they are honored and crowned as The True Kings by the city. They look like kings opposing the invaders and were rarely approached to this distance and rarely seen. Their weapon is the Asoor: a tri-bladed sword: three paralleled blades on a glorious grip.
I must describe at the end the attire of the powerful leader of the struggling parties: Mostly like them he wears an armor and a open-faced helmet (his however has a protruding single wing at the back of the helmet), and a mask that covers the upper part of the face, which is common among his people. It is made of leather and did not cover the face but merely tattooed it with some metal embellishments. Each mask was individual and reflected each man's persona.
The cover should reflect the hardship of survival reflecting it in the use of old weathered leather to make it look like an old memoir, or it can be the view of wilderness and some elements of power (the gate, swords, armored character).
The theme must be original and inspired by the middle ages style but with the designer's own twist.

The book's size is 6x9 inches.
