An explanation to all the comments: The winning design was not entered at the last minute - it was first entered as number 78 than later as 123 with changes and then finally as 242 with more changes. If you follow it you will see that it always had 4 stars. This is not a conspiracy - it was hard choosing from 242 designs, but ultimately that is what we went with, with Nephrastar's last design being a close second after agonizing over the decision.
