I was able to extend the submission time for a couple more days. I am going to change my design brief and maybe get different ideas from you all.
I do still prefer the cartoons. I feel bad because it looks like you spent a lot of time working on those pictures.
Well if you pick finalists, we could probably edit our pieces to your liking.
However, is my current figures alright? Or do you still prefer cartoons?
I think I maybe did not explain very well what I am looking for. And maybe I made a contest that is unrealistic. And maybe I am just nuts!!
This is the problem I am trying to fix...
I sell a $100 package of wedding flowers. The brides that I work with do not read anything....I mean do not read anything!
So I was looking for something that I could show them a picture of what they get.
In the $100 package they get a bridal bouquet, 3 bridesmaids bouquets, 1 grooms boutonniere, 3 groomsmen boutonnieres, 2 mothers corsages, 2 fathers corsages and a throw away bouquet. The reason the flowers are so cheap is because they do not get to pick the flowers they get - they only get to pick the colors. So I really can not show them pictures of any bouquets that I make because they will automatically think that is what they are going to get. Because - they do not read!
I was trying to figure out a way to show them pictures of what they get instead of just text telling them.
So my plan was to have a picture with the entire wedding party at the top all together. Then seperate the pictures so that it is a list of what they get - with a picture. So I was thinking it would say
1 Brides Bouquet - and then a picture
1 Grooms Boutonniere - and then a picture
3 Bridesmaids Bouquets - and so on....
I am not sure maybe I should cancel this contest and start again. Maybe there is a better way to do this instead of the stick people.
I wasn't sure what the purpose of the 300x300 pictures were, if they are for ads, just tell me and I'll turn them into it :D
Dear contest holder - we are not permitted to use other peoples work ie photographs or illustrations as part of entries in 99 designs. Our work is to be of our own creation. It makes fullfilling your design request very hard.
I would like to use shutterstocks and others stocks website will you BUY(license) the pictures? if i use some good wedding pictures?
