Description

I want a new banner for my website and print materials. I like the colors used on my old one at http://www.dianeingram.com, but I am open to other color schemes.

I would like my photo included with the text: "Tapping Your Talent Well with Diane Ingram" or "Diane Ingram's Tapping Your Talent Well", with the sub-title "Engaging People at Work through Purpose, Passion and Action".

Tech Requirements: background of photo removed and can be cropped to a headshot if that works better for the design, 940px wide, high resolution and whatever else needs to be there to use for both website and print materials, transparent background so my webmaster can round the corners. No added images besides my photo.

Further requirements

I don't understand all the tech requirements necessary, but want it to be versatile enough to use both on website and printed materials, whatever that means tech-wise:)
