    Hi Daniel,
Thanks for your time, but you are correct. Looking for style and technique, then refinement through comments...this takes more than 5-10 hours. Appreciate you letting me know how you feel. This is my first contest and maybe my expectations were off, just thought there would be more designers involved earlier to end up with at least a couple of choices in the end. As it is now...there is only one.

Treecore, would love to see you tackle the homepage...which would be the screen after the entry(with name, budget). This is the screen that need to have two ads on it somewhere and I envisioned it having a count down of the number of days till the wedding. I really appreciate your time and talent on this, you have been the only designer to take my contest seriously. Thanks for that.

I saw this competition late, I dont really browse this site to often. The way I see it, your looking for a style and technique - not a finished product. Once you find that style and technique that you desire, you work on the final product. Maybe I got it wrong?

Im sorry if you feel me putting a few designs together has wasted your time.

I was really looking forward to a contest...looks like treecore is the only designer that took this one serious. Coming in on the last day and throwing up an entry seems to be a waste of your and my time...there has to be some back and forth on design.

The fact, when you have an open (not blind) contest, is that the first version submitted will be the brief for other designers, because it's faster then to read and understand the brief.

Most of the designers try to work as fast as possible, on as much contests as they can, because they rarely win.

So most of the designs will be like the first ones, especially if you don't have exact layout, like in this case.

I have been advised to not "blind" the contest. It takes away from the idea of crowdsourcing the design. While I understand you want to have the designs you create stay your own...doesn't the community monitor that and frown upon designers who steal concepts?

This is my first contest, so let me know if I am missing something here.

and also make this contest Blind* please?

Since this is your first contest all you need to do is send an email to the 99designs support with this request. They will make it blind soon. Thanks

*Blind means that the designers will not be able to see the works of the other designers until the end of the contest.
